Today I would like to introduce you to a tool that has accompanied me through my life, mainly during difficult times for more than 15 years. In moments when life sometimes becomes too much and the thoughts in my head spin like a carousel, this tool unfolds its very special magic.
This method was developed from Julia Cameron's Morning Pages and combines with an insight from the Grinberg Method: What we think, feel and experience manifests itself in our body in a certain way. If we recognize this and make ourselves aware of it, we can learn to dissolve the automatic tension that a situation, a thought or a challenge triggers. What happens then is magical: we discover our true essence.

The idea behind this technique is simple: you write down what's on your mind. Sounds simple, doesn't it? But the effect? It can be downright magical! Your head clears, and you dive deep into your body-mind system. When you do this, you can often discover amazing things. Perhaps it is an issue that puzzles you that worries you or burdens you and that you want to get out of your mind, so to speak.
As you go through this process, new ideas and deeper truths often emerge, and you learn how to release the tension a situation is causing in a healthier and more harmonious way.
