In my webinar, I will show you how to let go of anxiety and free yourself from worry. The webinar is based on body-oriented techniques from the Grinberg Method.
I will introduce you to one of the tools I use in my work. You will be able to try it directly in the webinar to see if this method can effectively support you in releasing your fears and doubts.

Doubts and worries often get in our way. This webinar demonstrates a very effective tool from my repertoire of breathing and mindfulness exercises that can help you gain greater body awareness and strengthen your self-regulation skills.
This will allow you to pursue your goals with renewed ease and confidence.
This is an online somatic learning meeting using the Grinberg Method®. The tool presented focuses on the vital role our body plays in our emotional and mental well-being.
By practicing breathing and mindfulness exercises, we can consciously connect with our body and release blockages and tensions caused by stress, worry, or anxiety.
When we connect with the body in this way, and dissolve the blockages, we are much more present and clear, and thus can more easily turn to what we wish for. Then we will be able to pursue our goals with more ease and confidence.
