Then we’ll continue with carefully targeted bodywork, breathing exercises, and awareness. This will bring your attention to the relevant parts of your body. I’ll also show you how to identify and release these blockages yourself. You’ll unleash the energy of fear and use it to go beyond your limitations.

Finally, we’ll work together to ensure that you can use this ability to focus and let go in everyday situations: to overcome your test anxiety, in private and professional life, on stage, or in front of an audience!
