My HAPPY BODY online training uses the sMove! method.
sMove! stands for Stopping Movement : Simply press pause, break out of ingrained movement patterns with mindful movement, and activate other, often long-forgotten movement possibilities. The unusual but very simple movement sequences promote agility and coordination skills, while also stimulating creativity and your cardiovascular system.
In addition to the physical benefits, music plays a significant role in enhancing the training experience. Incorporating great music into your online training sessions can have several positive effects. And it’s a lot of fun!

My name is Mirjam Köglsperger and I have been practicing the Grinberg Method® for almost 20 years.

Frequently Asked Questions
1. This link will take you to Momoyoga, where you can purchase your course package.
2. Momoyoga automatically keeps track of your 6- or 12-class card. You have to reserve your training in advance.
3. Payment is also processed automatically via Momoyoga. When you reserve your training at Momoyoga you will I be sent a Zoom link.
4. You will be informed one week before your class card ends.
- Please dress in comfortable clothing if possible.
- Ideally, you’ll want to be as free from distractions as possible (turn off your phone and inform your roommates if necessary).
- Have a yoga mat and chair ready.
- Keep a bottle of water nearby.
- Prepare a blanket for the rest time.
Momoyoga will send you the Zoom link just before the class starts.
Zoom is free and easy to use. Just click on “download,” no registration required!
If you’ll need specific equipment for a particular session, I’ll write it in the Whatsapp group beforehand.
If you’re not on Whatsapp: the information about what you need for class will also be displayed on-screen before the class.
At the beginning of the class, we do a round of sharing, when each person says what tensions or intentions they have going into the session.
Then we do breathing and mindfulness exercises to increase energy levels.
And then we use the sMove! method to release our bodies, thoughts, and emotions from limiting attitudes.
The energy that is released in the process is reintegrated in the last part through breathing exercises.
45 minutes plus 15 minutes of optional feedback for those who want to stay.
Since my classes are aimed at an international audience, they are held in English when necessary.
This is a technique invented by Avi Grinberg. It was originally intended to help Grinberg Method® practitioners learn how to be relaxed and flexible in their practice and when working with clients.
The founders of the Grinberg Method® realized that the sMove! training would be helpful for people in many areas and life situations.
In 2005, Grinberg Method® trainers began offering sMove! to the general public. They now teach hundreds of sMove! courses in six levels on three continents. With the help of Zoom, we can now share this transformative training with people around the world.
sMove! is based on the following four principles:
1. Every movement stops.
2. Every movement starts anew.
3. Every movement starts from the body, not from the head.
4. Be sure to breathe deeply during the movement.
By stopping the movement, more and more energy builds up in your body, so that by the end of a sMove! session, you’re in a state of flow. This relaxes you in a pleasant way, and your whole body becomes more flexible.
I will send you a link to the recording of the class.
Recordings can be found on Zoom for 5 days after the class is held, so you can catch up there when you find the time.
If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, I charge 50% of the session amount, and if you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, 100%. Thanks for your understanding.
