Changes and important decisions require courage. When you lose courage, you may feel exhausted or numb, and find it difficult to think clearly and make good decisions. You may feel queasy in your stomach and lose sleep as a result. You may feel listless and experience it in your body as restless legs or "weak" knees.

In Grinberg sessions we’ll draw attention to the areas in your body that express your discomfort. Then you’ll consciously stop the uncomfortable sensation and simply let it go – releasing energy and strength in your body. You’ll be able to act, to approach the decision-making process with clarity, and to seize the courage to change.
