How the HAPPY BODY online Training can help you

My HAPPY BODY online Training uses the sMove! method.

sMove! stands for Stopping Movement: Simply press the pause button, step out of ingrained movement routines with moving meditation and activate other - often long forgotten - movement options. The sometimes unfamiliar, but very simple movement sequences promote physical mobility, including balance, flexibility and coordination skills, and at the same time, stimulates our creativity and cardiovascular systems.

With sMove! - an innovative technique of the Grinberg Method - as well as various breathing and attention exercises, you will playfully learn to:

  • get to know yourself better
  • let go of stressful thoughts, moods and ingrained behavior patterns
  • feel more vitality and zest for life

Start dates
Work out from the comfort of your home or office - there are two dates to choose from for the new HAPPY BODY Classes via ZOOM:
- Tuesdays: 7:30 p.m. to 8:15 p.m.  
The online session is 45 minutes. If you are unable to attend, that's not a problem: each session is recorded and is available on YouTube to you for five days afterward!

What do I need for the HAPPY BODY Training?

  • Comfortable clothing
  • Non-slip gym or yoga mat
  • Laptop or PC. Please install ZOOM on your computer beforehand (the software is free, click here to download, no registration necessary)

  • No previous knowledge necessary
  • Also suitable for people with limited mobility

Why stop a movement? I want to get moving!
By stopping the movement, more and more energy builds up in the body, so that at the end of a sMove! unit, the body is in a state of flow. You are relaxed in a pleasant way, the whole body becomes more flexible.

I am Mirjam Köglsperger and have been working as a practitioner of the Grinberg Method for almost 20 years.

You choose your training day

You can choose if you prefer to work out on Tuesdays from 6:45pm to 7:30pm.

You book your block ticket

You can either book 6 units or 18. The 18 block ticket is cheaper.

You are present at the training

Once you've booked your block card on Momoyoga - my training platform - you're in for the workouts.
The training takes place via Zoom. This is an online tool that is very easy to use.

Frequently asked questions

How can I participate?

  1. Click on the button here and you will land at Eversports where you can buy your card.
  2. Eversports will automatically count down your 6 or 18 card. Please dial in via Eversports each time.
  3. Payment processing is also done automatically through Eversports.
  4. As soon as your block card is coming to an end, you will be notified - one week beforehand. Then you can easily buy a new block card.

What do I need to know when I come for the first time?

  • Wear comfortable clothes if possible.
  • Make sure that you are as undisturbed as possible (switch off the telephone and inform your flatmates if necessary).
  • Set up a yoga mat and chair.
  • Get a bottle of water ready.
  • Lay down a blanket for the resting phase.

How do I find the Happy Body online training room?

We're connected via Zoom.

Zoom is free and easy for you to use.

Do I need any special equipment?

If you need specific material for a lesson, I'll post it on the Whatsapp group beforehand.

What you do not use whatsapp: The info on what you need for the class is also displayed on the screen in front of the class.

What should I do if I have a booking but cannot come?

Then you'll get the link from me to the recording of the class.

How long will the recording be available to me?

You can find the class on Youtube for5 days and catch up there whenever you find time.

What happens if I don't like the course and don't want to continue?

If you need to cancel your class, please give at least 24 hours notice!


Otherwise, if you cancel less than 24 hours in advance, I will have to charge you 50% of the session amount, and if you cancel less than 12 hours in advance, I will have to charge you 100% of the session amount. Thank you for your understanding.

If you can't make it, feel free to send class access to a friend.

How does a Happy Body training session work?

At the beginning we do a spotlight feedback session where you report what kind of tensions you go into the session with.

Then we do breathing and mindfulness exercises to increase energy levels.

Then we use the sMove! method to release the body, thoughts and emotions from limiting postures.

The energy released in the process is reintegrated in the last part through breathing exercises.

What is the sMove! method?

This is a technique that Avi Grinberg developed.


Originally, practitioners of the Grinberg Method were to use it to learn to be relaxed and flexible in their practice and in their work with clients.


The founders of the Grinberg Method soon realized that the sMove! training would also be helpful for other people in many areas and life situations.

Since when has the sMove! method been available?

In 2005, Grinberg Method trainers began offering sMove! courses to the general public. They now teach hundreds of sMove! courses in six levels on three continents. Through the magic of Zoom, we can now share this transformative training with people around the world.

Are the classes held in German?

As my trainings are aimed at an international audience, they are held in English if required.

The four principles of the sMove! method

It is about the following four principles:

  1. Every movement stops. 
  2. Every movement starts anew.
  3. Every movement starts from the body, not from the head.
  4. Make sure that you breathe deeply
    during the movement.

How long does a sMove! training session last?

45 minutes plus 15 minutes feedback round, for those who want to stay. The others can then safely opt out.
